E2E’s end-to-end involvement includes the production, strategy, logistics and overall guest experience across the Melbourne Cup Carnival.

A progressive dining experience to remember. Transferred via luxury catamaran for an exclusive viewing of the galleries, to a seated entrée located 13-metres underground followed by the main course served on a custom curated ‘Snake Table’. All aspects of the evening accompanied by bespoke cocktails, live entertainment and intricate creative dishes.
